Kodo’s “Must-know” Makeup tips on Miss Universe official Instagram.

“First I’m gonna add some eyeshadow in a circular motion. I try to draw the eyeshadow like a crane’s neck, so it starts sticker and it gets thinner. So I like to do the eyes first, because eyeshadow falls onto the under eye. I use baby wipes or makeup wipes and then put foundation because this part of the face is the most prominent part of the face. Pencil liner is something that’s kind of slippery. If you don’t set it with eyeshadow or powder, it’s gonna move, so I always put eyeshadow over pencil liners. In the end I use lip gloss in he inner part of the lips.” Kodo
